In the year 2090, a war between the Extrasolar species Marduk and the U.N. Military breaks out. Hibiki, a TV reporter, heads to the battlefield to capture scenes of the war. Amid the chaos, Hibiki gets into the enemy's battleship and encounters Ishtar.
