A TamaSma Card, also known as Tama Smart Card, is a memory card that can be inserted into the Tamagotchi Smart to download additional characters, items, accessories, games, wallpapers, clock faces, and food.
One of three cards available at launch, the Sweets Friends card has a sweets and candy theme.
- Characters: Ichigotchi, Hotcaketchi, and two new characters, Mimipurutchi, and Makamokotchi.
- Meals: Sweets Bento, Bagel, Meat Pancakes, Baked Apple
- Snacks: Strawberry Parfait, Cupcake, Sweet Chocolate, Soda Jelly
- Accessories: Macaron Hat, Donut Glasses, Whipped Wig, Ice Cream Hat
- Items: Waffle Maker, Sweets Box, Icing Squeeze, Classic Oven
- Wallpaper: Jelly Living, Cake Living, Ice Cream Living, Macaron Living

- Strawberry Topping Game: The Tamagotchi will be standing next to a conveyor belt delivering cakes. A button with a picture of a strawberry will also be near them. When the words "Put it on!" appear on screen, the button must be pressed to top the cake with a strawberry. If the button isn't pressed in time, the strawberry will be misplaced.
