These were promo items for the Dragon Ball Kai anime that came with a purchase of Suntory Coffee. This set includes 12 out of 15 possible characters. Each pull back car is securely fastened to the display base on a strip of double sided tape. Each pull back car can be safely removed and re-placed on the strip.
