The human race of the future faces a deadly threat from its evolutionary competitor--a technologically superior race of beings who, like humans, were engineered as part of an project designed to artificially create conscious life. Now the sister race wants control of the universe, and only a mysterious warrior known as the Delta Boy can save humanity from ultimate destruction.
